The exhibition documents over three decades of architectural design education at the Building Construction 2 Research Group at TU Wien. On display is a selection of student projects spanning a 30-year period of profound technological and social change—serving as a historical record that illustrates how architectural education has evolved across generations.
The works on display—ranging from prototypical 1:1 projects to complex large-scale construction projects—were created under the guidance of Helmut Richter, Gerhard Steixner, Hemma Fasch, and Dietmar Feichtinger, and illustrate in particular how spatial and structural thinking are interdependent.
