Austrian Steel Construction Prize for Students 2025
The Austrian Steel Construction Prize for Students aims to support pioneering and experimental projects in the fields of architecture, civil engineering and art. The prize is open to artistic positions, spatial visions and constructive experiments. The focus is on analysing the potential of steel and metal materials – technical performance and recyclability.
Projects and theses that have been completed as part of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme at an Austrian university in the above-mentioned fields of study since October 2022 (academic years 22/23, 23/24 and the current winter semester 24/25) can be submitted. Submission is possible online from now until 16 March 2025.

Prize money totalling € 9,000 will be awarded. The award ceremony will take place on 8 May 2024 as part of the 34th Austrian Steel Construction Day in Graz.
