Solar orientation, natural lighting, and controlled ventilation using wind flows, such as the cold air corridor, are developed as integral components of the spatial concept.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"961\">The focus is on the multi-layered construction of the building envelope, the development of climatically effective transitional zones, as well as strategies for wind guidance and cross-ventilation.
