The next steps towards the future health of our existing building stock have to be taken urgently - not an easy task, but essential, if we want to use this already existing resource longer, and avoid the threat of social conflicts as a result of high operating costs. This could simply not be financially viable and thus seriously endanger the social peace for the majority of the population. To address this „new“ building challenge, our students must be made fit. In addition, they are generally intended to be aware of the careful use of resources and to avoid negative environmental impact.
